Miles Of Smiles is pleased to offer a door-to-door bus service for the children. We adhere to strict safety standards and comply with the regulations set by the Dubai Road Transport Authority (RTA). The optional bus service is provided by an external transport company carefully selected by Miles Of Smiles. Parents can choose between a one-way or two- ways based on their needs.
